• The appointment of two pro-life Supreme Court Justices (Roberts and Alito)
  
• The Partial Birth Abortion Ban
  
• Born-Alive Infants Protection Act
  
• 2004 Unborn Victims of Violence Act
  
• Vetoing Embryonic Stem Cell research funding
