Shrine of Our Lady of Guadalupe

We made a safe trip home on Friday night after a long day at the Shrine of Our Lady of Guadalupe. Early that morning we went to the Shrine visitor center to "Wake up Mary" with songs. The Archbishop stood right next to me and sang. Yipes!

Then, we walked up the to the shrine and prayed the Rosary. It was my first time being in the completed shrine and it is beautiful.

After that, hundreds processed to the new mosaluem which the Archbishop then dedicated to the Unborn.

It was a beautiful drive and an honor to be at the shrine.

I am sorry for not posting this weekend. A young distant cousin of mine was tragicly killed in a car accident. Please keep him (his soul) and his family in your prayers.

We'll see....

We're leaving for La Crosse any minute now and it looks as if we will be in the midst of some controversy:

We shall see what happens. My mom mentioned something about writing on the car...
